In a timely and meaningful observance of National Breastfeeding Month, two hospitals formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to solidify a partnership for a Milk Letting Initiative—a collaborative effort to support human milk donation and improve newborn care.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of our very own Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (MBFHI) Committee Members, Pediatricians, Obstetricians, and our President/Medical Director, who warmly welcomed the Human Milk Bank (HMB) Team and the Officer-In-Charge Director from our partner institution, Novaliches District Hospital.

This partnership not only strengthens institutional ties but also affirms our shared commitment to the health and survival of infants—especially during this month dedicated to promoting, protecting, and supporting breastfeeding and human milk donation as vital components of newborn care.

Together, we take this important step toward improving maternal and child health through strengthened inter-hospital collaboration.
